Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

1. General Policy
At Landstronaut, we strive to provide exceptional value to all participants. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring a cancellation. The following outlines our refund policy for conference registrations, tickets, and associated services:

2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Full Refunds

  • Full refunds will be issued if a cancellation request is received 30 days or more before the start date of the event.

2.2 Partial Refunds

  • A 50% refund will be issued for cancellation requests made 15-29 days prior to the event start date.

2.3 No Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made 14 days or less before the event start date.
     

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Sponsorship fees

  • Add-ons such as VIP upgrades, pre-conference workshops, and optional tours

  • Processing or service fees associated with payment methods
     

4. Transfer of Tickets
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another participant.

  • Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to support@Landstronaut.com at least 30 days prior to the event.

  • Transfers are subject to approval by the event organizers.
     

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling of the Event

  • If the conference is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), participants will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.

  • If the event is rescheduled, all purchased tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Participants unable to attend the rescheduled date may request a refund within 14 days of the reschedule announcement.
     

6. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to surpport@Landstronaut.com.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

  • Please note that processing or transaction fees may not be refundable.
