Statement of Public Benefit

Landstronaut Tech Hub, Public Benefit Corporation

Pursuant to §362(a) of the Delaware General Corporation Law (DGCL), Landstronaut Tech Hub, PBC declares its public benefit purpose as follows:

Landstronaut Tech Hub shall operate to create a material positive impact on society by advancing inclusive access to space-related and terrestrial technologies, supporting workforce innovation, and fostering resilient community development through research, education, and innovation ecosystems.

To achieve this purpose, the corporation will:

  1. Develop scalable, modular technologies that benefit under-resourced and developing communities through dual-use terrestrial and extraterrestrial applications.

  2. Accelerate workforce development by providing training, certification programs, and experiential learning for historically underserved populations entering the fields of space tech, infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing.

  3. Facilitate public-private-academic partnerships that enable the design, testing, and deployment of sustainable innovations in energy, communications, water, habitat, and data systems.

  4. Promote ethical and equitable technology governance by advocating for policies and frameworks that support data sovereignty, decentralization, and digital inclusion.

  5. Contribute to economic development in rural and urban innovation zones through regional tech hub activations and local entrepreneurship incubators aligned with global development goals (e.g., SDGs).

The corporation shall measure the promotion of its public benefit using industry benchmarks, annual impact reporting, and stakeholder engagement tools, including ESG frameworks and community advisory panels.
