Pursuant to §362(a) of the Delaware General Corporation Law (DGCL), Landstronaut Tech Hub, PBC declares its public benefit purpose as follows:
Landstronaut Tech Hub shall operate to create a material positive impact on society by advancing inclusive access to space-related and terrestrial technologies, supporting workforce innovation, and fostering resilient community development through research, education, and innovation ecosystems.
To achieve this purpose, the corporation will:
