DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our workplace. In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of our office environment, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to a productive and professional culture. As the central point of coordination for office logistics, communications, and administrative processes, you will play a vital role in supporting both staff wellbeing and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, equipment, and vendor coordination.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders regarding office-related matters.

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and events for leadership and team members.

  • Oversee records management, document filing, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining an organized, welcoming office environment.

  • Support basic finance, HR, and procurement tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.

  • Monitor and maintain office budget and support cost-effective resource utilization.

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the workplace.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative coordination.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented attitude.

  • Proficient in office software and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management platforms).

  • Familiar with basic budgeting, vendor relations, and internal HR or facilities coordination.

  • A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and takes initiative to improve processes.

  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in administrative functions.
