DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our workplace. As the central point of coordination for office logistics, communications, and administrative processes, you will play a vital role in supporting both staff wellbeing and operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, equipment, and vendor coordination.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders regarding office-related matters.

Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and events for leadership and team members.

Oversee records management, document filing, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining an organized, welcoming office environment.

Support basic finance, HR, and procurement tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.

Monitor and maintain office budget and support cost-effective resource utilization.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the workplace.
WHO YOU ARE

3+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative coordination.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented attitude.

Proficient in office software and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management platforms).

Familiar with basic budgeting, vendor relations, and internal HR or facilities coordination.

A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and takes initiative to improve processes.

Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in administrative functions.
