DESCRIPTION

As the Head of Engineering, you will lead the technical organization responsible for building and scaling our products, platforms, and infrastructure. You will define and drive the engineering strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure that technical solutions align with business goals. Working closely with product, design, operations, and executive leadership, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into innovative, secure, and scalable solutions that drive measurable impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Set and execute the long-term engineering vision and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of software, systems, and DevOps engineers.

  • Oversee architecture decisions, software development practices, and infrastructure reliability.

  • Establish performance metrics, code quality standards, and agile delivery processes.

  • Partner with product and design teams to deliver customer-focused, scalable solutions.

  • Manage engineering budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic technology partnerships.

  • Ensure security, compliance, and technical debt management are integral to all initiatives.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A proven engineering leader with 10+ years of hands-on technical experience and 5+ years in leadership roles.

  • Deep expertise in software development, systems architecture, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Strong background in agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and team-building skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to scale teams and systems in high-growth or complex technical environments.

  • Passionate about building inclusive, mission-driven teams and mentoring future engineering leaders.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
