DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Aeronautics Researcher to lead cutting-edge studies and advancements in aviation technologies. In this role, you will conduct research focused on aerodynamics, propulsion systems, materials science, and flight dynamics to push the boundaries of flight safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, pilots, and government agencies, you will contribute to the development of next-generation aerospace technologies for both commercial and defense applications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Conduct applied research on aerodynamic performance, propulsion systems, and flight dynamics of aircraft and UAVs.

  • Develop and test new materials, technologies, and processes to improve fuel efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability.

  • Perform simulations, wind tunnel testing, and flight experiments to validate and refine designs.

  • Publish findings in scientific journals, and present results at conferences to contribute to the global aeronautics community.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate research outcomes into real-world applications and commercial products.

  • Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with safety standards and technological advancements.

  • Contribute to the design and optimization of both military and civilian aerospace systems and vehicles.

  • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, such as electric propulsion, autonomous flight systems, and AI integration in aeronautics.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A PhD or Master's degree holder in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field with a strong foundation in fluid dynamics, materials science, and propulsion systems.

  • Extensive experience (3+ years) in aeronautics research, particularly in aircraft or UAV design and performance analysis.

  • Proficient in computational fluid dynamics (CFD), wind tunnel testing, flight simulation, and other aeronautics research tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex engineering challenges creatively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in publishing research and presenting technical findings.

  • A deep passion for advancing aerospace technologies and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative research team.
