Description
We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to join our team and lead the creation of user-centered design solutions for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience principles, strong design skills, and experience leading design teams. As a Senior UI Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop user interface designs, wireframes, prototypes, and other visual elements that bring our digital products to life.
What You Will Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user interfaces for our digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.

Lead the design team and oversee the creation of visual design elements, wireframes, and prototypes.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure a user-centered design approach.

Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all digital platforms.

Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients, and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies to ensure the team's designs are innovative and effective.
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in UI design with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates a range of design skills.

Proven experience leading design teams and overseeing the design process from concept to delivery.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to apply them to create effective user interfaces.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Principle, or Framer.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
